Madrasatul Madinah USA Terms and Conditions

*Tuition and Fees!

  • Registration fees, book fees, and first month's tuition are due before the first day of school.
  • Monthly tuition is due by the 1st day of each month, with a $12 late fee if received after the 10th.
  • Monthly tuition is due in full, regardless of attendance days.
  • Monthly tuition is due in full, regardless of the breaks for Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha.
  • The Madrasa will announce break dates as the holidays approach.
  • If applicable, auto-payment must be confirmed between parents and the Madrasa.
  • The Madrasa reserves the right to increase tuition at its sole discretion.

*Refunds, Withdrawals, and Makeup Classes!

  • All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.
  • No makeup classes are provided.
  • No compensation will be provided for missed hours due to sickness or travel, etc.
  • If a student withdraws for any reason, parents are responsible for stopping any auto-payment to the Madrasa.
  • Parents must notify the Madrassa of any student withdrawals.
  • If the Madrassa deems any student unfit to continue the program, his/her admission may be rescinded following a discussion with parents. No refund will be provided.

*Incomplete Payments!

  • Accounts not paid within a month are considered “Incomplete.”
  • Parents should inform the Madrasa if they find difficulty meeting tuition obligations.
  • Services like report cards, transcripts, and test scores will be withheld until complete payment is made.

*Class Expectations !

  • All students will have male teachers except for female students, aged 12 and above, who will be specifically assigned female teachers.
  • With respect to the environment for female students, aged 12 and above, we do not permit their male family members to enter during class times.
  • Teachers may be changed at each class level to reflect and accommodate students’ learning development.
  • Both teachers and students must be attended five minutes before class time.
  • If a teacher is absent, a substitute will be placed to continue classes.
  • If a teacher is late, we ask that students and parents be understanding of the circumstances. In case teachers are late on multiple incidents, the Madrasa will take the appropriate disciplinary measures.
  • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Islamic values, and respect teachers, fellow students, and Madrasa property.
  • The Madrasa reserves the right to modify the curriculum and class structure as needed. Any major changes, as defined by the Madrasa, will be communicated to students and parents in advance.

*Class Communication!

  • Students, Parents, and Teachers should avoid exchanging personal information or discussing personal topics during class time. All class-related communication must be through the Madrasa system, facilitated by Zoom.
  • For quality purposes, a supervisor may enter the classroom to observe the class. For the female-specific class, a female supervisor will be designated.
  • Classes should not be recorded by students for any reason.
